Synopsis
A day in the life of a theatre manager is not as glamorous as you might think, certainly not according this new production from the Bridgewater Players.

This farcical comedy focuses on a day in the life of Alec Partridge as he is forced to contend with an alcoholic producer, a two timing stage hand and a Chairman of the Board with his fingers in the till all the while trying to put on a production of ‘Oklahoma’ with real corn and horses! As the events unfold the play proves that the action backstage is often more entertaining than that in front of the curtain.
